The decor was perfectly simple.
Think white candles in mason jars and Gerbera daisies in green bottles . . .
And neutral fabrics like burlap and linen (all from the mill, of course) and terra cotta bowls overflowing with Geraniums (Gerania?) . . .
Because--at least in my opinion--a setting this lovely speaks for itself.
The bar was stocked.
The food was delicious.
You know, the kind of light that makes pictures like this possible.
And after the sun went down, we danced the night away to the utterly charming music of Ned Durrett & The Kindly Gents.
All in all, it was the perfect way to kick off a very special weekend.
